Well if you ordered a French OS, yes. If not then it might be difficult.

You're paying for the operating system itself which curiously Redhat don't
see fit to give Dell for free. I'm not sure exactly how that bit works but
basically if you order any operating system you may not be charged for the
installation of same but you will be charged for the software. But I see
your point.

Sweet, I wonder if I'll ever save up that much money in one place. Imagine
the amount of moon pie and penny wurstles you could buy with that kinda
