any agreement PCWorld makes with Microsoft would make any action of theirs
against that agreement illegal (illegal meaning something which is forbidden
by law, in case we're not sure). It might well contravene that agreement, it
might well give Microsoft cause to seek remedies from PCWorld, but it surely
is NOT illegal.
