Last time I saw a PCWorld computer (say, three years ago) I was installing
it on a LAN for a friend. No BIOS access was a major drawback which would
put me off ever buying one from them. Build your own is always the answer I
would give. Then at least you know what's in it. I have never paid for a
prebuilt system, and don't ever plan to (except my next laptop).

I worked for a computer store in Manchester which sold PCs with no OS as
standard.
