Let's be accurate here - you said

So to sum up, somebody asked if his action was illegal, and you replied
'Yes'. 

As you are saying he would be breaking the law, I simply asked you to cite
which statute or law he would be breaking - the law that says we must all
use only M$ operating systems - oh yes, that one hasn't been passed (yet :-( )
