[ILUG] O/T Modems at PC World?

[ILUG] O/T Modems at PC World?

Maybe they're AMR modems - small card for a small socket, uses AC97. They're
usually around that price

Meanwhile, I got an e-mail from Online IT yesterday with some prices
including

Rockwell 56K Hardware PCI Modem €39.00
I'm assuming this is linux compatible

Also, Maplin's specials catalogue has "V.90 56K Internal Modem" for €25.99
if they're not sold out.

Modems, and I have not tried sticking one into my Linux box to see if it
works,...
