ESAT are using unbundled copper to launch outside of Dublin - Limerick
right now, Galway next I think. http://www.esat.ie/dsl/
Their pricing is a little better than Eircom's at the low end - lower
installation charges, faster DSL speeds, no upload or download caps.
Like Eircom, they're targetting business users.
