[ILUG] OT- Another Microsoft Proposal

Here's something I just came across. It's a couple of years old and I don't
recall hearing it mentioned at all in the context of the recent case but it
seems like a very sensible idea to me. At this stage of course it's about as
likely as being able to commute from Ferns in Wexford to Dublin in "just
over an hour" (a claim I heard in a recent radio ad. for houses) but it's
interesting nonetheless.
