I'd doubt it. But if traffic is to be kept, then we can all relax. Think
needles and haystacks. They'll have that much data in storage that they'll
never be able to track anyone or anything from it. NIMDA traffic alone in
Ireland would keep all of Interpol busy for ten years, and lets face it,
NIMDA traffic matches the heuristic for security violations / hack attacks /
virus attacks / and cyber terrorism, each and every instance would have to
be investigated. Factor in randomised data traffic from somthing like Klez
into the equation.... curtains.
