[ILUG] DHCPD.CONF problems

Yep we have a VLAN setup. The DHCP server in is VLAN100.
There are multiple subnets is the student vlan (where the PCS are that 
need DHCP). These are in the following subnets 128-159. 
So whats the best course of action for me?
How do I go about setting up virtual interfaces.
