problem. This may not be much help, but it might point
you in the right direction. I installed Solaris for
Intel on a Compaq DL360 server, for this to work, I
had to download four floppy images, and at the right
point in the install, when selecting devices, you
insert the floppies which contain the correct drivers
and such for Compaq machinery. I never found such a
thing for Dell machines, maybe I should try the Compaq
floppies.
I can't remember if I tried the Compaq floppies, I
can't even remember where I got them from, but
probably off the Compaq site after a lot of searching
and hair pulling.
