After reading Cryptonomicon, i can't wait to follow up,Quicksilver. It seems
to be taking a lot of time. Amazon has a date of 6 March, 2003..
 Maybe THIS is the reason (from www.Cryptonomicon.com)....

A: I've written every word of it so far with fountain pen on paper.
