To burn the iso files under win32 depends on your cd writing software but
there should be a "create CD from disc image" type menu entry.  Use that,
select each ISO in turn and off you go.  IIRC (it's so long ago now) Nero
will ask you a few questions about sector sizes and other stuff.
Accepting the defaults should be fine (you could always burn to CDRW to
test...).
