Their attitude, as they mention in the FAQs is essentially that the GPL
version is _completely_ unsupported ... if you want support from them,
you'll have to pay for it ...
It's a little on the hardline side, but for them, on a tight budget, and not
wanting to go titsup.com, it's a sensible strategy
