[ILUG] [OT] Nigerian scams

[ILUG] [OT] Nigerian scams

Geoff Moore - Modulo geoffm at modulosecurity.com

Since this list seems to be a popular target for the Nigerian scan (or the
419 scam as it's often called) I thought people might be interested in some
additional background on these scams and the activity that's going on to try
to put a stop to them elsewhere.

It's a long page but there are links at the bottom to more resources and
instructions on what you ought to do when you receive scam mail or (if
you're mind bogglingly daft) if you've lost any money to the scammers.
