Hi...
We've been working with Scope Communications to get a reasonable stand
at the e-Xpo next year. It's looking like we'll have a big stand, and the
exclusive use of a lecture room (that'll seat over a hundred) for two
days.
The event is on the first three days of April (tue-thu) 2003. As we have
the use of a lecture theatre, we are looking for names of people that
would be interested in coming & giving a talk of interest to ILUG members
and eXpo attendees.
We are currently thinking of doing one day of desktop/user talks, and
another day of backend/business use talks.
We need to get "keynote" speakers, so we can assure sponsorship. So, if
you know someone that is a name in the community, would be interested in
coming to Ireland and speaking, I'd be very interested in hearing from
you. I'm sure we will be able to arrange expenses.
Please reply offlist, so I can summarise.
John
