Hi,
Has anybody tried to set up a kickstart server serving RedHat 8.0?
I've a kickstart server set up on a Dell GSX260 running 7.3
It uses DHCP/tftp/PXEBOOT.
It works perfectly as a server for Redhat 7.3.
I dropped the Redhat 8.0 distribution and coppied the
vmlinuz and initrd files from the images/pxeboot folder
on the redhat CD.
Every machine I try to network boot just hangs at the pxeboot
stage, it's either not downloading the vmlinux or the
supplied vmlinuz is corrupt.
Has anybody else faced this prblem?
Cheers,
deccy
