I have reported a bunch of these that I have recieved directly addressed
to myself to the respective ISP's, and have on every account gotten
positive response back. On each occasion, action has been taken towards
these offending accounts, even by large scale, free email type
providers, like yahoo.com...
So, keep on reporting them, since I also believe that Interpol was
looking out for these buggers.
Never hurts to cancel their accounts, esepecially when they see that
they might loose a wad of cash by contacting ppl in this way...
