I list all known backup software for Linux in here
http://linuxmafia.com/pub/linux/backup/  (Read the "00index.txt" file,
which is a catalogue for the directory, among other things.)  Doesn't 
include recommendations, though, and nothing about MS-Windows.  Might be
useful to you, anyway.
