I get what your saying here, however the actions of an individual within
an organization, would not necessarily reflect the organizations policy.
For example what is someone leaked a document to ILUG either by accident
or on purpose. The legal disclaimer could then pose a problem here. But
again that is the worst case that could possibly happen
I reckon if you want legal clarification check out recent French court
Rulings in relation to Yahoo and Nazi gear for sale, and also a Scottish
case that escapes me at the moment.
