Have a look at samba.org. Somewhere off their download page they have
a link to tridge's CVS chroot wrapper. Depending on your needs you
can skip the "rsync between real and anoncvs repositories" bit.
Lyda[1] might also have a pointer to some ssh cvswrapper or somesuch.
