Hi Keith,
I've had some problems using them in bad weather... when the transceiver
moves in wind and you are "down" it takes several days for them to come
out and fix it.
I've recommended them to about 50 other people in our office though...
Other than that and *major* problems with billing (they didnt charge me
for 4 months then charged it all at once) i have no problems :-)
