[ILUG] Useful app: o2sms script now in Windows exe (Linux coming)

I have packaged mackers o2sms perl script into a standalone executable for Windows
users.
I have it packaged for Linux too but I have to figure out how to make it work
on various installations yet. The benefit of packaging it is that no Perl or
extra modules need be installed.
