Yeah, extra staff and work is needed for big companies to switch to Linux. But from another angle, there is also the problem of large numbers of staff comfortable with Microsoft OS and prog's having to learn their way around a new sys. Don't get me wrong, I'm not supporting Microsoft.. but you can see why bigger companies are loath to change.
