Hope noone minds me making a general query on here. I just joined recently and was wondering if anyone on here is involved in bioinformatics or are you all pure IT guys? I use a 10CPU Linux cluster for some of our sequence data analysis however we don't use ANY Linux desktop machines, I just SSH into the Linux server from my windows desktop. I'm not very experienced with Linux at all so am quite looking forward to doing the RHCT courses in May as up until then if anything serious goes wrong we are kinda screwed :-)
Cheers
Austin
