komplett.ie were a nightmare for me - I ordered a camera & Fuji memory card, the delivery on the memory card went back & back, & deleting it from the order (to leave the camera) didn't work, plus broken contact links on their web site...literally went on for months.
For anything critical, I end up going back to humanoid suppliers.
