Aren't they rather different things though? Smoothwall CD + some old box
= a nice little access box for a small office with a DSL connection,
whereas Shorewall is just :-) an iptables generator. I have a smoothwall
box with I'm very happy, but it has its limitations. I have another box
beside it which has SuSE with SuSEfirewall, which I intend to replace
with a Deb+shorewall box RSN as I've heard nothing but good about
Shorewall.
