Looking for IP engineering people, mostly Cisco IOS, but there will
probably be some Linux admin involved as well.

IP Network Engineers

Transaction Network Services, Inc. (TNS) is the leading global

The TNS International Technology & Finance Centre in Dublin was
established in 1996 and has successfully implemented networks in over
a dozen countries. This engineering team is responsible for the
design and testing of the international IP network and associated
network management systems, working closely with colleagues in the US
and other locations. We are now seeking exceptional people who match
the profiles below to help us continue our expansion. For more

Senior IP Systems Engineer (Ref. IP1)

You will be responsible for Cisco router/switch configuration design,
providing third level support to our Network Operations Centre and
interacting with the Cisco TAC to resolve bugs and hardware issues.
You will also be responsible for the design, deployment and test of
new technologies, configurations, and hardware.

You should have a Degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering
or professional certification (CCIE / CCNP) with 5 or more years of
engineering experience in data communications. You should possess
extensive TCP/IP and routing knowledge (EIGRP, RIP, OSPF and BGP4),
have the ability to work in and lead a dynamic team. Experience with
the configuration of Cisco routers, use of protocol analysers, IPSEC,
VoIP, IP Multicast, ISDN Q921/Q931 and TDM technologies required.
Knowledge of Linux  or Unix would be an advantage. You should have
excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.


IP Systems Engineer (Ref. IP2)

We also require an IP systems engineer with 2 to 5 years experience
in the disciplines described above to work with our existing team on
implementing this network in the countries where TNS provides
service. CCNA minimum qualification required
