I just noticed that there is a $100 rebate on VMware at the moment (normally $189)
for LUG members. Not sure if anyone is interested, but thought I'd mention
it. The rebate is for the first 1000 users to buy it.

I haven't tried out v4.5 yet, but having used v4.0 on redhat 9 for quite a
while, I can say it does work very well for running office type stuff. Video
and sound didn't really work so well.
