Excellent news, I'd be into that for sure!
It looks a little risky, though. as far as I can see, the President of
ILUG (who?) has to *first* register email addresses for the ILUG Members
who want to buy it; the Members then have to buy it; and they then fill
out that form. With any luck, they may be one of the first 1000 people to
do so, and they then get a rebate check.
If they're unlucky, that $100 is gone, too late.
(Also they get spam, spam, spammity spam henceforth, it says in the T's
and C's.)
But if El Presidente whoever that may be does fancy doing this, please
sign me up, I'd love to get a copy of VMWare on this machine. Just use
the email addr "jm-vmware AT jmason.org" instead of my default one, so I
can sideline it if they resell that addr somewhere nasty ;)
