Both companies have the worst customer service in the world and hire a
bunch of chimpanzees who are trained in the art of passing the book, to
answer the phones (no offence to anyone on the list who may work for
them).
You're better off going with someone who will sell you a laptop without
an operating system on it because you pay less.
