At least if you ask for a jumper for a hard drive they might know what it
means..

You're kidding me?!  I've only ever found the muppets in Peats helpful
when I was looking to buy Velleman kit stuff.  When it comes to computer
kit I always end up talking to some langer who couldn't tell an IDE
cable from a SCSI cable.
