Hey folks,
Could anyone reccommend an entirely web-based help-desk system?
I know OTRS was mentioned earlier but that requires its own service. I
need one that will install for a non-root user, preferably J2EE, PHP,
or Perl.
Only simple features are needed:
Customer - login, log a ticket, logout; login, check ticket status,
logout
Support - get e-mail notification of new ticket, update info which
e-mails customer, close ticket, forward ticket, etc.
Thanks,
Barry
