i don't mean to be a pain, but your sig has got to go. traditionally
email sigs were limited to 4 lines, each less than 80 chars wide. your
sig is 15 lines long and has lines nearly 200 chars long.
in addition it's filled with pointless crap. and if it is meaningful in
any way, then you're putting the maintainers of the ilug mailman archive
at risk since posts to the mailing list are "disseminatied" around the
globe.
i understand that your company might have some misguided policy
regarding these attachments, and that's fine. yahoo, hotmail and a host
of other companies (including google soon) offer free web based email
services.
