Hmm ... I'm inclined to agree, but then we get to the thorny issue of
how do people who aren't members, yet post, yet have not read the
TOS fare in this regard ?
Do we need some form of first-time-you-post moderation that
auto-responds with the ILUG Mailing List TOS, and allows the original
sender to approve/reject the email themselves ? (could this have
anti-spam implications ?)
Lots of questions - few answers ... if anyone does have answers, please
post 'em, and more to the point, please draft a TOS for review !
