No, he isnt putting ILUG at risk. You can not impose legal
restrictions on people after the fact, and the clear facts of the
matter are that the ILUG list is a well known public email list with
public archives, to which the person knowingly subscribed and sent
email to, the consequences of which would be obvious to any
reasonable person.
