Easily gotten around when you subscribe. A confirmation mail is sent with
the TOS. The joining of the mail list then could be considered as acceptance
of the TOS. Although, this does raise an interesting point, If one were to
use such a TOS, this could be considered something akin to an EULA which
although not applicable to software many not be considered a good partner
for the GPL. I am only thinking aloud here thought.
