Pff.
That's nothing. You should try working for a 'real' tech support department,
where it's company policy to format the hard disk of a client, if the support
call lasts longer then 15 minutes, during busy periods.
Also, it invalidates your warranty not to obey the commandment of your tech
support monkey in such situations.
I was hated, since, I regularly spent more then 15 minutes ... actually trying
to fix the computer.
This is not the path to being a Supervisor in a tech support center.
