Eh, upgrade it so. 2.4.25 is the latest in rpm format AFAIR
Check it www.redhat.com/errata

Will be grand. You can even get it (and all dependencies) in rpm format
here: http://people.redhat.com/arjanv/2.6/RPMS.kernel/

2.6.5 currently.
