[ILUG] What issues are there with dropping a 2.6 kernel into a 2.4 system?

So I had the version wrong, but still, I bet you wont have the issue,
check the changelog to see (I didn't check), and this is for RH9, but it
will work as long as your system is otherwise up2date.
