I went to eircom today to enquire about the process of transferring my
DSL when moving offices.
Apart from wanting to charge a termination fee (due to the fact that
they have to disconnect the DSL at the old office(?)), I was told that I
would have to wait a minimum of 2 weeks(!) until the DSL would be
available in my new office.

Just to say, I am pretty flabbergasted!
