I got something similar. We are also moving into a building which is
brand new so has never been connected before, so three weeks to get the
line in, then the line has to be tested for dsl and if it passes two
weeks for DSL.
Surely they can work on the new line to make sure it supports DSL. This
is in Dublin 2, so we can only a few meters from an exchange.
