I don't think that's legal.
Why not go the whole hog and say that we should shoot
all our politicians because they're not spending our
money wisely.
On the positive side. We live in a democracy with free
press. So you can write to the papers. Write articles
and try and get them published. You could even stand
for election and try to change things from the inside.
I would not though, recommend withholding tax. Even
accidentally. Believe me, it doesn't work.
