[ILUG] Linux jobs + work visa

[ILUG] Linux jobs + work visa

Hi people,

I have problem: I want to come and work in Ireland, but for
that I need a work visa. To be able to get a work visa, I
need a job. I would prefer a job where I used Linux more
than Windows since I'm a Linux enthusiast.

Another problem I have is that I've been working the last 2
years as a Natural/Adabas developer on OpenVMS on an Alpha
ES40. So my working experience in Linux is limited to my
afterhours setting up DNS servers, Apache, MySQL,
Exim/Postfix, FTP servers, Squid, PHP/html/Java/C++
programming at home. I've also used Linux as an OS for
about 3 years now, so I'm pretty capable with Linux. I
don't expect anything else than an entry-level linux job
however because of my lack of Linux work experience.

Does anyone of you know of such entry-level linux job
vacansies and if so please contact me or point me in the
right direction.

Many thanks!
