Unfortunately, no :(
I'm one of the unfortunates, who, by corporate policy _must_ use
Out-of-office responders on my emails when I am away for more than a few
hours. There's not much I can do about it, and fortunately my employer
has a rather good spam-filter on the edges of the network, so the amount
of Out-of-office replies to spam / virus emails are very low ... it'll
still happen though ..

Not much can be done about it.
