Hi folks,
I recently picked up a Garmin Forerunner 201 GPS device, which is a
wonderful device altogether for tracking my runs.
I can connect to it via a serial port and suck up the track information
but to draw this on a map, I'm stuck with using sites like
http://www.gpsvisualizer.com/ (great site btw) and using the fuzzy landsat
maps. Not the best.
I know mapflow ( http://www.mapflow.ie/ ) have decent-ish maps, but are
there any maps that a consumer can purchase for a reasonable and
non-extortionist amount of yoyos and use in Ireland with a generic GPS
device?? Especially ones that provide topographical info?
Best Regards,
Ivan.
