what about this ?
ie use 2 seperate declarations for the same address 
dunno if it'll work tho as it's just an idea ?

        host foo1 {
                hardware ethernet <mac1>;
                fixed-address foo;
                }
        host foo2 {
                hardware ethernet <mac2>;
                fixed-address foo;
                }

next question is! are lease times going to have an impact here? & will they
have to be made *really* short!
