Hi,
I use postfix, procmail and cyrus to provide smtp and imapd for
myself. I booked a flight with aerlingus.ie and saw that their email to
me bounced as they sent it to GREG@ instead of greg@
I've tried to make the prefixes being case insensitive and I have
googled and tinkered but I can't seem to get it to work. I see this
Folder: /usr/sbin/cyrdeliver -e -a GREG -m
user.GREG 689
procmail: Program failure (65) of "/usr/sbin/cyrdeliver"
in my mail log. Postfix has passed it to procmail which has passed it to
cyrdeliver. I've edited the imapd.conf to turn on case insensitive but
it doesn't help, I'd imagine as it doesn't actually get that far,
failing on the line above with a complaint of no such mailbox. How do I
get postfix to lowercase the address? Turn that GREG into greg before it
gets here?
Greg
PS I've just been charged 70.00$ for a 14.99$ t-shirt from
thinkgeek.com, UPS is the spawn of Satan. 12.70e fee for the pleasure of
paying the government 18e vat on a 15$ t-shirt? I need this to start
working to cheer me up!
