Matrox used to be good about specs. Indeed, I have full specs for the
2164W and G200 here (ok, it's over my head, but it's sort of
reassuring, like having a service manual for the car you own). Then
around the G400 or so Matrox started with this binary HAL thing.

I never needed to do this with paypal. Also, paypal is not the only
option, you can pay whatever way is acceptable to the seller. And for
many Ebay sellers, especially the prolific German electronics
dealers, PayPal isnt an acceptable method.
