Yes, I did think of that, and I even mailed the FSF to ask them, but
never got a reply.
Web services are a questionable product. But they're not being
redistributed (otherwise you'd never be able to
use the phone etc).
In the meantime, might I suggest finding a thesaurus and stop boring us
all to death with "incongruous".
