if I recall correctly if you're *receiving* rather than *making* payments,
it's a lot harder.

yeah, the customs one's a killer nowadays.  BTW do US->EU purchases
have to pay US sales tax?  I can't remember, but if they do, it's
double taxation -- not nice :(
